For the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) in Lisbon, we provide a series of targeted training and coaching measures to strengthen communication, organisational and leadership skills among staff and managers.

Our services include media trainings that prepare experts to handle interviews with print and broadcast media and communicate complex topics in a clear and accessible way. In addition, we deliver short online trainings on organisational skills and personal effectiveness, supporting staff in improving productivity, prioritisation and time management.

The activities are complemented by individual coaching sessions for managers, focusing on leadership challenges such as communication, delegation and team dynamics. All measures are delivered in interactive online formats tailored to the needs of EUDA staff.
