Le cours a ainsi surtout voulu permettre aux participant(e)s d\u2019utiliser de fa\u00e7on efficace des plateformes num\u00e9riques.<br><br>Pour y parvenir le cours a utilis\u00e9 de multiples m\u00e9thodes interactives, y compris les m\u00e9dias sociaux, les applications mobiles et le travail commun en groupe. Ces instruments ont facilit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9change des id\u00e9es, renforc\u00e9 la coh\u00e9sion du groupe et permis une compr\u00e9hension globale des participant(e)s de l\u2019intelligence du march\u00e9 et des strat\u00e9gies de transformation num\u00e9rique. Le programme de la formation a mis l\u2019accent sur les aspects pratiques de la transformation num\u00e9rique et a permis d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u du ciblage des segments de client\u00e8le et du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019intelligence \u00e9conomique.<br><br>Ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette formation 40 participant(e)s venant de diff\u00e9rents secteurs et sites agricoles, \u00e9tant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que les s\u00e9ances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9es par un formateur \u00e0 distance tandis que les participant(e)s se r\u00e9unissaient en deux endroits : \u00e0 Ibadan et \u00e0 Lagos. Chaque groupe a suivi une formation intensive de trois jours comprenant des contenus th\u00e9oriques, des applications pratiques, des tables rondes, des exercices pratiques ainsi que du mat\u00e9riel de pr\u00e9paration et de suivi. Ce mat\u00e9riel comprenait des vid\u00e9os et des instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pas-\u00e0-pas afin de garantir une compr\u00e9hension globale et un meilleur transfert des connaissances. pos-rel\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"ld-fh-element d-inline-block pos-rel  lqd-highlight-classic lqd-highlight-grow-left p\"  > Notre projet MINT se poursuit : le 25 et 26 janvier 2023 a eu lieu au lyc\u00e9e Fichte \u00e0 Hagen un atelier MINT-Empowerment autour du th\u00e8me \u00ab Green Energy \u00bb.  Cet atelier avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 par un projet pilote au lyc\u00e9e Heinrich-Heine qui a connu un tel succ\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re que la fondation Karl-Kolle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le proposer \u00e0 d\u2019autres \u00e9coles du secteur qu\u2019elle soutient. Car les filles sont toujours sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans le secteur MINT et se sentent moins attir\u00e9es par les projets MINT que les gar\u00e7ons. C\u2019est l\u00e0 encore la fondation Karl Kolle qui a pris en charge le financement et la COGNOS International qui l\u2019a organis\u00e9. <br><br>Ce workshop, con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cialement pour des jeunes filles de 13 \u00e0 15 ans a permis \u00e0 17 \u00e9coli\u00e8res de se familiariser de fa\u00e7on ludique, par des coffrets d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentations, avec la th\u00e9matique des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Concernant l\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019eau et du vent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire :<br><br>Les filles ont pu monter plusieurs exp\u00e9riences et tester leurs fonctions. C\u2019est ainsi par exemple qu\u2019une LED a \u00e9t\u00e9 allum\u00e9e au moyen d\u2019une roue \u00e0 eau actionn\u00e9e et qu\u2019un petit v\u00e9hicule solaire propuls\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9nergie de rayonnement a pu rouler \u00e0 travers la salle de classe. Des petits films et des quiz int\u00e9ressants ont apport\u00e9 la touche finale aux deux journ\u00e9es d\u2019atelier suivies enfin par une visite au laboratoire des projets pour femmes de l\u2019universit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Dortmund. Les trois participantes les plus performantes ont re\u00e7u chacune un coffret d'exp\u00e9rimentation \u00e0 la fin de l'atelier.   <br><br>Maintenant l\u2019atelier de Hagen a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi par non moins que 5 autres workshops en 2023 et 8 en 2024.  Ainsi ce sont d\u00e9sormais bien plus que 200 \u00e9coli\u00e8res qui ont pu faire des pr\u00e9cieuses exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de MINT dans le cadre de ce projet.\nL\u2019\u00e9cho a \u00e9t\u00e9 extraordinaire comme on peut le voir aussi \u00e0 la lecture des r\u00e9actions suivantes de la part des \u00e9coles : <br>- https:\/\/www.mgwat.de\/girls-empowerment-maedchen-fuer-technik-begeistern\/<br>\n- https:\/\/ruhr-gymnasium.de\/2024\/06\/01\/mint-empowerment-workshop-zum-thema-renewable-energies\/<br><br>Toutes les \u00e9coles ayant particip\u00e9 disposent maintenant de leurs propres coffres d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation \u2013 depuis la promotion 2024 on a m\u00eame ajout\u00e9 le sujet de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019aide desquels elles peuvent proposer l\u2019atelier \u00e0 de nombreux\/nombreuses autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Le but du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019optimiser l\u2019infrastructure dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de s\u00e9curiser ou de cr\u00e9er des emplois \u00e0 long terme. Notre focus \u00e0 ce titre \u00e9tait mis sur le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un programme de formation hybride pour les administrateurs hospitaliers s\u00e9n\u00e9galais. <br><br>Les 4 modules de l\u2019Hospital Administration Trainings \u00e9taient : Leadership, Quality Management, Human Resource Management et didactique. Les s\u00e9ances kick-off ont eu lieu au mois de septembre 2021 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal dans 4 r\u00e9gions diff\u00e9rentes. Pour les formations en ligne suivants nous avons utilis\u00e9 une plateforme de formation en ligne. C\u2019est ici que les participant(e) ont trouv\u00e9 le contenu pour leurs \u00e9tudes autonomes, les pr\u00e9sentations des s\u00e9ances en ligne et un test \u00e0 choix multiple par module. <br><br>Les formations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9es par des experts locaux et internationaux. Les s\u00e9ances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on interactive, de sorte que chaque participant(e)s a pu poser des questions et apporter ses propres exp\u00e9riences.<br><br>Apr\u00e8s 9 mois avec 4 modules de formation, presque 1.000 kilom\u00e8tres de route parcourus, 10 sessions de formation dans 4 villes, 7 autres s\u00e9ances en ligne et plus de 130 participant(e) de 40 h\u00f4pitaux et organisations de la sant\u00e9 au total, nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux avec le r\u00e9sultat Nous nous r\u00e9unissons dans notre salle de classe hybride, nous y \u00e9changeons autour de sujets tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s (entre autres l'\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, les femmes dans la prise de d\u00e9cision des leaders et bien d'autres). Le programme offre diff\u00e9rents formats, \u00e0 commencer par le travail en groupe, des expos\u00e9s et l\u2019apprentissage entre pairs en passant par des pr\u00e9sentations d\u2019autres jeunes filles et de femmes d\u2019Afrique. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019accueillir beaucoup d\u2019activistes du droit des femmes, entre autres aussi l\u2019ambassadrice de Lesotho, la s\u00e9natrice S.E.
